Thought Leadership Campaign

Challenge:

Create a communications sharing digital marketing trends and emerging best practices for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. 

Approach:

Researched, synthesized, then presented digital marketing trends to target audiences through weekly newsletters (pictured below) and social media posts (pictured above).

Aligned all content with the company’s human-centered and community-oriented marketing approach.

Results:

Expanded LC’s public engagement and enforced audience trust.

The “Lavender Dispatch” newsletter received an average of 80% newsletter open rates and gained 517% audience growth since November 2025, while LC social accounts gained over 50k impressions on January social content.

Disability Culture Lab


Disability Culture Lab is a nonprofit disability media and narrative lab aiming to shift the narrative on disability from fear and pity to solidarity and liberation, while moving the needle on ableism from indifference to action.

Responsibilities:

Spearheaded accessibility-friendly advocacy communications campaigns, raising awareness on intersectional disability justice, positively shaping public perception of the disability community. Managed stakeholder and media relations and communications.


Challenge:

Create and execute a strategic media campaign to spread awareness on Disabled Women’s Equal Pay Day across DCL’s Instagram, BlueSky, LinkedIn, Facebook and email community.

Formed a social media plan pictured below, detailing objective, strategy, and target audience across various media communities.

Results:

Gained thousands of audience impressions combined across channels, garnering hundreds of shares, saves, and comments. Achieved high engagement across posts and content.
